What is BiziEdit?

How long does processing take?

Each image takes about 30-40 seconds to process. A typical project of 30 images completes in 15-20 minutes. Larger projects up to the 200-image cap take proportionally longer.

What image formats are supported?

We accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP images up to 20MB each. iPhone photos work as-is. For best results, upload the highest quality images you have available.

What if I'm not happy with a result?

One free redo for every three images, minimum one per project. Redos are pooled across the project, so a 30-image project includes 10 redos. When requesting a redo, you can adjust the clutter removal level to try a different result. If you're still not happy after your redos, email support@biziedit.com for a refund.

Can I keep the original sky?

Yes. By default we brighten flat or overcast skies on exterior photos. If you would rather keep the sky exactly as you shot it, turn on 'Keep the original sky' in Photo settings when you set up a project. We will correct the exposure only and leave the cloud cover and color untouched.

Do you store my images?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both your original and enhanced images are stored in your dashboard. Unpaid drafts are kept for 30 days after creation; paid projects stay available for 60 days after payment. After the retention window, images are automatically deleted. We recommend downloading promptly.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. A single image is $0.79, up to 200 images per project.

What resolution are the downloaded images?

Standard downloads are rendered at up to 1920 px on the long edge, sized to match your photo's aspect ratio. The high resolution option delivers up to 24 MP (about 6000 px on the long edge) for $0.99 per image, finished with a professional-grade upscaling model, suitable for print. Files are delivered as JPEG.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can automated editing misrepresent my property?

Accepted Answer

Our software is designed to enhance presentation without altering the property itself. We never change paint colors, flooring, fixtures, or architectural features. We remove clutter and improve lighting, but the property's actual features remain exactly as they are.

How does virtual staging pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Virtual staging is $2.79 per photo. You can order staging by itself from the Virtual Staging page, in which case you pay $2.79 per staged photo and we deliver the staged version. If you add staging to images in a regular enhancement order, each staged image is billed $2.79 on top of the $0.79 enhancement fee and we deliver both the staged version and the unstaged enhanced version.
